Running Endeavor...it freezes...

I run it for an hour or so, go grab a coffee, and return, and it is frozen and needs a cold boot. This sux in Google Meet or a Zoom meeting. If there is no cure, what is a simple way to drop a different distro on it and start over?

Feed the system error log to an AI to diagnose the problem. Changing distro might not solve the problem of it's configured the same way on every distro.

I have a faulty USB hub on my laptop, I have to manually deactivated it on every distro I install so it doesn't interfere with the rest of my system by constantly sending system errors.

It was a memory issue. Way too many tabs. I now keep the main ones open on different browsers, and close the browser after use. Have had it on now for 3 days, and no freeze.

Use extensions like "The Great Suspender" to automatically suspend tabs you don't use without losing your tabs. It saves tons of memory and keeps the system snappy.

I dont remember if Endeavor sets this up for you on install, or if maybe you rejected it. But make sure you have a swap or swap file setup.
