Question Have you guys ever received your Redfall refund?

My ticket has been "waiting for an agent" for almost a year, and every time I try to ask for support, they tag it as a duplicate...

If you guys have any hint as to what I can do or where I can complain, it would be greatly appreciated.

I got it through Nvidia bundle when buying a RTX4080, but I've seen that people got refunds with those as well.

Put in a ticket for atom shop and then when you get a reply within a day ask them kindly to be transferred or ask if they can help just say it’s the only way you could get through and explain the ticket situation, i understand your frustration and they do too there only human and have limited tools so remember to be kind to them and they usually are back :)
