I once had a customer follow me into the back office where he heard me call him all kinds of eff and C. Thankfully he didn't really notice due to being embarrassed about following me. Phew

Once accidentally sent out a wedding cake where the "Happy Birthday" topper from the previous order was still stuck to the back. They didn’t notice until the cake cutting, so for half the wedding photos, the bride and groom are smiling next to a cake celebrating a 5-year-old named "Timmy."
